Ordering Goods

To order from Princess Jewellery, simply add the products you would like to your basket and proceed to the checkout.

If you have not shopped with us before you will be asked for delivery and billing address details and a password so that you can shop with us again without the need to re-enter all your details. This information is not required if you use the PayPal Express checkout.

We can accept payment via cheque, a credit/debit card or Paypal. Credit card payments can be made online or via the telephone.

Payment must be received by us within seven days. Princess Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is not received within the specified time period. Princess Jewellery does not accept C.O.D. orders.

When you confirm your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation. Please note that this does not constitute a contract.

Once we have confirmed that we are able to supply the goods at the stated price, we will send you an invoice (and hence a contract between us). This allows us to check for any errors in ordering, pricing or items which are no longer available or out of stock.

If there are any problems, we will always contact you first to establish your wishes.

Delivery & Returns

Our Delivery and Returns Policies are explained on our Delivery / P&P and Returns Policy pages. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Specifications, Colours and Sizes

All specifications and sizes are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all references to silver and gold relate to colour, likewise pearls are faux pearls unless described as real cultured pearls. All Sterling Silver jewellery is clearly marked.

Whilst we make every effort to give a fair representation of our products, we cannot guarantee the colour presentation on the artwork or when viewed through your browser because of colour printing variations and computer monitors.
